                              RESOLUTION NO. 21392
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
                 INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH HAMILTON
                 COUNTY, TENNESSEE, RELATIVE TO LITTER
                 COLLECTION ON MAJOR AND COLLECTOR STREETS, FOR
                 A CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND, FORTY-TWO
                 DOLLARS ($3,042.00) PER MONTH, OR THIRTY-SIX
                 THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($36,500.00)
                 ANNUALLY.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to enter into and execute an Agreement with Hamilton County,
       Tennessee, relative to litter collection on major and collector
       streets, for a consideration of $3,042.00 per month, or 
$36,500.00
       annually.
